Doon Public school aims at improving the teaching methodology and combines form and function to enhance the quality of the teaching faculty with a unique programme for the teachers called the Quality Improvement Programme.The programme intends to hone their skills and keeps them updated with the paramount practices in the field of education, class management and their respective subject areas. The QIP includes three tests for the teachers taken up during the year - two based on the subject and one on general awareness related to the subject. It also includes workshops and seminars to practice daily disciplines in the school in the most effective way.
