Dhwani Sadaphal of class IX went to Austria in the month of June, 2007 as a member of ‘The Global Children’s Choir for Peace’consisting of 28 children of the age group 10 to 13 years The choir participated in two concerts, one in the village Rabenstein and another major concert at the President's office. She played as the keyboard accompanist for the Indian side. The choir sang compositions by Pt. Ravi Shankar and also some compositions by western musicians. The concert at the President's Palace was a success and he appreciated it.

Shri Balaji Action Medical Institute organized a number of competitions on May 5, 2007. Avneet Singh of class XI won the third prize in Essay Writing Competition in the age group of 16-18 years and was entitled for a 4 months
Computer course worth Rs. 4000/- with NIIT.

In the ‘ Annual Inter School Science Fest’ organized by Lancer’s Convent, Nakul Grover and Utkarsh Vijay of class XI bagged the first position.

Ratnesh Arora and Abhishek Goswami of class XI won the second prize in the ‘Science Symposium’ organized by Holy Child Senior Secondary School , Tagore Garden on 16 October, 2007. Ratnesh Arora also won a prize for being the best interjector.

In the Inter School Competition ‘Rachna’ organized by Bal Bharati School, Rohini, on August 7, Ujjval Kumar and Prakhar Shukla of class XII secured the second position in C++ Programming and Shraddha Sehgal, Rahul Sharma, Ramakant Madhulika and Naman Mendiratta bagged the second position in Admad Competition, At the ‘Think n Stick’ Contest held at Small Wonders School on 12.5.07, Himani Nizare of Class III D won the third prize.

Risha Ramachandran of class X won the first prize- Gold medal for her outstanding performance in Indian Classical music competition (solo vocal) organized by the Nehru Bal Samiti held on 11 November 2007. In 2005 she won the Bronze medal and in 2006 she bagged the first prize and the gold medal. For her outstanding performance the CCRT ( Govt. of India ) has awarded her scholarship for special training in carnatic vocal music.

Mahima Sharma of class XIB was awarded ‘The best student of the year’07’ by NIE. She received a trophy, a certificate and a cheque of Rs 1000.

Shourya Ranka of class XIIB won the 2nd prize as the best speaker in a debate Competition held on 23 April, 2008 at New State Academy School. He was awarded a cash prize of Rs 1000 and a certificate.

In ‘English Prayer Recital’ Competition held at DAV Centenary Public School, Mianwali Nagar, on 2 May, our team of students of class III bagged the 3rd prize. The participants were Prabhdeep Singh, Bhavya Mantara, Kashish Sahani, Tanya Gambhir, Chetna Grover, Kisha Singh, Tanvi Gulati , Vanshika Batra and Tanya Vij.

In the Zonal cultural competition Vrushali of class XII E bagged the I prize in the solo song competition.
In the Senior folk dance competition our students bagged the trophy for the II prize.

Aman Tayal of class XII B bagged the First prize in the Inter School Painting Competition held at M.M Public School on 21 November, 2007.

In the Colorama Excellence Awards Painting and Drawing Competition, held at Bal Bhavan on 23 November 2007, Apoorva and Bhaviska Kohli of class III C were awarded consolation prizes.

Vrushali Pathak of class XI won the first prize in Solo Light Music Competition for the Zonal as well as District Level Competition held on October 13 organised by the Directorate of Education.

Students of Doon Public School bagged the second prize in the Inter School Meera Bhajan Competition held at Cambridge Foundation School . The participants were Dhruv, Varnika, Kunal Babbar, Rhumjhum and Asmita of class VI and Rupam and Sakshi of class VII.

In the Zonal and District Level Group Song Competition organized by Bharat Vikas Parishad , students of our school won the second prize in the ‘ Patriotic Song Competition’.

Our students- Vrushali, Neha and Charul of class XI and Manpreet of class X bagged the first prize in both Sanskrit and Regional song category.

In the District Level Sanskrit Song Competition held at Jaspal Kaur Public School on 14 October,2007 our students won the third prize.

In the Orchestra Competition for girls organized by the Directorate of Education on 29 September, 2007, our students bagged the first prize at the Zonal Level and secured the fourth position at the District Level.
